Have you ever thought about it? Doctor's get to practice medicine, Lawyers get to practice law, but sometimes it seems as Christians we have to get it right always without failing, or it's condemnation time! Paul said in Romans 12 that there is now NO CONDEMNATION! So we should just become "Practicing Christians," knowing we will make mistakes in the process.
That is what this new little internet magazine is all about. It is entitled, Lord, I'm JustPracticing.com, and it is dedicated to those who follow after the Lord with all their hearts, but make mistakes in the process. The old song said, "Prone to wander, Lord I fear it! Prone to leave the God I love! Here's my heart, Lord, take a seal it, seal it for thy courts above!" That is my prayer, "Lord seal my wandering heart to thee!"
September Greeting!Welcome to the September, 2001 Issue of Lord, I'm JustPracticing.com! August went by so quickly, I wondered if I would get this done in time! Even now I am hours late. I apologize that the August issue was so hard to read. This month I have broken the story and study into smaller "pages," to make reading and navigating easier. I appreciate your patience as I learn how to make web sites more usuable! August and July issues can still still be seen and read, but I have not fixed or improved any of their problems yet. I am sorry. I hope someday to take the time to make all of the past issues more accessable. Until then, you can still read them in their original form if you would like. God bless you, and enjoy school for those of you going back! See you in October! |
